Access is available 24/7, our gym will be manned during the hours listed below:
- Monday to Fridays: 24 hour access (manned 9.30am – 1pm and 4.30pm – 8pm
- Saturday & Sundays: 24 hour access (manned 9am – 12pm)
Entry to the gym outside of these manned hours requires an access fob.
Breaking our rules regarding the use of access fobs will result in the loss of entry
to the gym.
Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day the gym is open but not manned.
